In this work, moisture, ash, crude fiber, crude protein, crude lipids, total sugars, reducing sugars, non-reducing sugars and minerals content “Macro and Micro elements” were determined. The effect of different oil and rocket extracts on the growth inhibition of various bacterial strains that infect plants and farm animals is evaluated. Evaluate the antifungal activity of E. sativa meal extracts and oil of various plant species against five economically important plant disease organisms under in vitro conditions with HPLC analysis. Glucosinolates is analyzed by hydrolysis of the enzymatic enzyme myrosinase system, which is produced by many fungal cells and the production of many chemical compounds with varying effects between the beneficial and harmful. It indicated that bioactive components are present in these plants that could be accounted for its pharmacological effects. Thus, the results support the uses of these plant species in traditional medicine. The aim of the study was to estimate the daily, weekly and monthly growth rates during the experiment of fattening to reach the male rabbits to the weight of commercial marketing (1750-2500) and to study the extent of differences.
