Abhishek Singh’s work is acclaimed around the world for its unique style and storytelling, and has been exhibited in prestigious places like LACMA, Asia Society, Vermont Museum, and Burning Man. He is known for his social impact projects, where he blends stories of nature, myths, and social themes with live artworks, like Shiva in Varanasi, Vrikshdootam—Message from the Trees, Goddess Exhibition, Budapest and the Jaipur Literature Festival. Namaha was created with much care and gusto, at the heart of which was the artwork. Painted by Singh at a live exhibition in Varanasi, the painting depicting Lord Shiva drinking the halahala, is a rare piece of art that was chosen for the cover of Namaha because of its powerful visual storytelling. Many artworks featured in the book were created at this exhibition.
